Ian originates from Navan in Southern Ireland and Katrina is from Ringwood in the South of England. Prior to going to Bible College Ian worked as a Car Mechanic & Katrina worked as a Dental Nurse & a Civil Servant.

They met at Regents Theological College where they both obtained BA Hons in Theology & Christian Ministry & were married in 1997.

Their first appointment after their time at Regents was to St. Paul's Elim Church in Carlisle where they spent nearly 7 years before moving to Stafford in October 2005, where Ian is the Senior Minister.

In September 2009 Katrina joined the Pastoral Team as an Assistant Pastor; having previously worked as the Church Administrator and as a Nursery Worker in the 'The Ark' Day Nursery.

Bill & Maureen hail originally from the Elim Church in Greenock, Scotland. Maureen trained as a nurse and then as a Health Visitor, while Bill served an apprenticeship as a draughtsman in one of the Clydeside shipyards.

After marrying in 1964 Bill began studying at Elim Bible College and two years later was inducted as pastor in Harrogate. From there they moved to Aberdeen, where their son Andrew was born. Two more periods of ministry in Hanley and Bangor, Northern Ireland, completed over forty years pastoring in Elim Churches.

They retired to the Stafford area in 2007 as a result of the "draw" of two lovely grandchildren, and found a home in Stafford Elim Christian Centre. A third grandchild "Gabriel" was born in 2009.
